Walnut Creek library Foundation holds an annual gala—featuring prominent local authors—benefiting the Walnut Creek Branches of the Contra Costa Library. The client requested an “Alice in Wonderland” design, but one that was more focused on magic and wonder (and an established color palette) than the traditional take on the story. The design is an abstraction of a flower garden at night seen from below—as if one were the shrunken Alice. Collateral included a wide variety of additional materials including digital and print ads, program, signage and table decor.
