Desert Community Energy (DCE) offers ratepayers a choice in electricity providers and in the type of electricity they use. DCE was formed by the cities of Palm Springs, Palm Desert and Cathedral City. The logo and collateral materials utilized the outline of the San Gabriel mountains, a prominent landmark, to create a suite of materials that informed the local population about the benefits of DCE.
